Vallotech has been moulding thermosets and thermoplastics since the beginning of the 20th century, massive experience that underpins and reinforces our expertise.
Accurate control of micron tolerances demands not just the right measuring instruments, but using them in the right way. Vallotech uses the most advanced laser interferometers, 3D video measurements, surface roughness gauges, six-axis measuring machines and many other means to develop and ensure dimensional accuracy and consistency in products and production.
Vallotech is a company that deals in numbers: numbers that are at once almost impossibly small and incredibly large. We manufacture to tolerances measured in microns, yet we deliver more than 50 million of those parts and assemblies each year, while belonging to a parent group – Techniplas – with a turnover of $500 million and 2000 employees, based at eleven locations across three continents.
